DED reveal 3.8% hike in numbers from previous year
Island visitor numbers have gone up for the seventh year in a row.
The Department of Economic Development has revealed a 3.8% hike in 2015.
The total number of visitors over the year rose to 287,534 - more than 130,000 of those were leisure visitors.
Numbers from the Isle of Man passenger survey estimates the total spent by visitors was £108.8m.
David Cretney MLC is the member with responsibility for tourism, and says the numbers reflect continuing efforts by the department alongside the Visitor Economy Strategic Group.
