Claims it would improve job satisfaction
An expert in menopause is calling for training to be done in the workplace that better supports and accommodates women going through it.
Jo Posey, from Life Lessons Nutrition, believes it would improve job satisfaction and promote team harmony.
A government policy on dealing with menopause in the workplace was released late last year.
She says while a number of businesses have already implemented it more still needs to be done:
