Director says it's having 'knock-on effect' on house buying process
There is currently 'significant demand' facing mortgage lenders on the Isle of Man.
That's according to one senior figure in the industry, who also believes changes to the system are required, particularly for first-time buyers.
Paul Chase is the Managing Director of Financial Options and Chase Wealth Solutions.
