But Minister repeats work will still be ongoing in March
Most of the jobs remaining to finish the Douglas Promenade refurbishment are 'minor tasks', according to the Infrastructure Minister.
Tim Crookall says contractors are waiting on supplies to complete the likes of general drainage works and building at the Broadway junction.
However, the minister has again emphasised there will still be things to finish in March when the weather gets better.
But he also hopes to see horse trams out on the new tracks practicing by easter this year:
