Claims DoI should be gritting early
A motorcycle instructor says he's lost weeks of work due to bad weather conditions.
Charles Williams, owner of Manx Motorcycle Tuition, says icy roads in December and again this week have deeply affected his business and finances.
He believes the Department of Infrastructure should have been actively gritting to prevent motorists having issues on the roads:
