Richmond Hill will fully reopen for motorists tonight.
The Spring Valley roundabout, also known as Fort North, can be used from 6.30pm.
The Department of Infrastructure says the road past the Energy from Waste Plant (diversion route) will once again become a dead end.
However temporary lights will remain at the foot of Richmond Hill for a few days for resurfacing work.
