
The mountain road is closed as snow falls and settles on higher ground in the Island, the route will not re open until 5pm today (18 January) at the earliest.
Police shut the road from Ramsey Hairpin to Creg ny Baa last night at around 9pm and say driving conditions remain very poor this morning, with drifts forming on the top of the mountain.
