Closure in place 24 hours a day until Friday
The Mountain Road's closing today (Monday 7 April) as the Department of Infrastructure carries out planned improvement works.
The closure between Creg ny Baa and the Bungalow will be in place 24 hours a day until Friday (11 April), unless the work's completed sooner.
The department had also been planning to resurface the road ahead of next month's TT, but a fault at its asphalt plant means that can't happen.
It'll be closed from 9.30am.
Next week, from Monday, 14 April, a section of the road will close again from Ramsey to the Bungalow, 24 hours a day, until Thursday, 17 April.
