The Department of Infrastructure is completing carriageway repairs
The A18 Mountain Road will remain closed for an extra 24 hours between Ramsey and the Creg Ny Baa.
The Department of Infrastructure says it needs more time to complete carriageway repairs.
The road was closed overnight to allow a newly repaired surface at Brandywell to cure.
The road is now expected to reopen at 12-noon tomorrow (25 May) instead.
When it does, it will operate one-way from Ramsey towards Douglas as far as the Creg.
