A second day is scheduled but might not be used
The Mountain Road is expected to close today as the last of the TT's race equipment is removed.
Between 9.30am and 4.30pm, the road between Ramsey and the Creg Ny Baa is shut.
Highway Services says whilst the closure is primarily for the removal of equipment, minor seasonal maintenance will be carried out.
A similar closure order is in for tomorrow (26 September), as contingency if required work isn't complete by the end of play today.
The Creg Ny Baa hotel is accessible from Douglas and Onchan, or the Back Road.
