Fencing needs replacing following collision
The Mountain Road is expected to be closed for some time while fencing is replaced.
The route was shut shortly before 9am due to a crash, and officers had to close the entire road as a result of the foggy conditions.
The fencing needs to be fixed to stop sheep getting onto the road.
While the road remains closed, motorists are urged to use Laxey or Kirk Michael routes instead.
