It's for urgent repairs following weekend collision
The Mountain Road will shut during the day today (20 October).
The Department of Infrastructure says the route will shut from 9.15am until no later than 4pm between the Creg ny Baa and Ramsey.
It's whilst 'urgent repairs' are carried out following a collision at the weekend at the Verandah.
The DOI says repairs also need to be carried out on potholes near Kate's Cottage.
The Creg ny Baa Hotel will remain open via Hillberry and Creg ny Baa Back Road.
Victory Cafe will be open and will be able to be accessed via Tholt-y-Will Road.
