Some areas still 'extremely slippery' following snowfall
The Department of Infrastructure says, while some areas are free of snow, others remain extremely slippery.
The whole route is unfit for traffic in its current condition, the department says.
The closure order between the Creg Ny Baa and Ramsey Hairpin has been extended until 10am tomorrow (Saturday, 7 February).
Highway Services will inspect the route again in the morning.
