The Department of Infrastructure says work to carry out road safety improvements on the Mountain ahead of this year's TT has gone well, and finished 24 hours ahead of schedule.
The Mountain Road was closed last week from the Creg-ny-Baa through to Ramsey Hairpin to enable a programme of work which the resurfacing and re-profiling of the carriageway at Keppel Gate.
The embankment on the outside of the bend has been re-graded while work on the inside of the corner has improved visibility.
