Mark Kemp believes he knows what the public's main concerns are
A candidate in next month's general election believes he has what it takes to be a successful member of the House of Keys.
Mark Kemp hopes to be the representative for Rushen after September 22.
He doesn't feel a lack of political experience will be a problem.
