
Manx Radio has been endorsed as the way forward for public service broadcasting on the Island.
The national broadcaster is to be recognised under proposals approved by Tynwald.
However, its funding will be subject to periodic reviews based on reports to the court.
During a debate lasting more than three hours there were also calls for the station's management structure to be reduced.
