Company looking for ways to enhance coverage
Manx Telecom says issues with mobile coverage on Tynwald Day were due to 'unprecedented' demand on the network in St Johns.
The connection difficulties caused problems for some stall holders who trying to take card payments on the day.
The company says there were significantly more people doing this than in 2019 and it will be reviewing how to enhance coverage for other events this year.
MT has apologised to those affected.
