Telecoms provider offers reduced costs and alternative payment plans
One of the Island's phone and broadband providers says it has no intention to disconnect anyone who can't pay their bills due to coronavirus.
Manx Telecom will be cutting call charges for pay as you go customers, making calls free for those on the Low User Choice and releasing broadband caps to make sure locals stay connected during the ongoing lockdown.
The firm is also urging anyone facing financial hardship to get in touch to make alternative repayment arrangements.
CEO Gary Lamb says it's important to make sure everyone has access to calls and the internet:
If you need to speak to Manx Telecom about your bill you can call them on 624624.
