Work to identify broadband fault ongoing
Emergency mobile data SIM cards will be provided to some Manx Telecom customers affected by the ongoing broadband outage.
The internet provider issued a further update this lunchtime, confirming work to resolve the issue remains ongoing.
Engineers from MT and partners Nokia are trying to establish the cause and identify a fix to get customers back online.
The fault has left some without broadband access since 5pm on Monday, resulting in a customer support hub being set up at the firm's headquarters, and emergency SIMs being provided.
Further details will be announced this afternoon.
