Tynwald to debate issue in January
The Vision Nine report will not be debated by Tynwald until January.
The Economic Policy Review Committee has made a series of recommendations and conclusions.
Among them - as a forum for identifying and resolving cross-Governmental issues, the Council of Ministers was a complete failure.
The final one points the finger at the Economic Development Minister Laurence Skelly.
Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas says that is just one of many matters that need attention:-
