Athlete reacts to finishing third in men's 10,000m final in Glasgow
Commonwealth Games bronze medallist David Mullarkey says being from a small Island doesn't mean you can't compete against the best.
The Manx athlete finished third in last night's men's 10,000m final in Glasgow.
It's the Island's first medal at the Commonwealth Games since 2018, and comes ahead of Mullarkey representing Great Britain & Northern Ireland at next month's European Championships.
Speaking to Manx Radio after the medal ceremony, he said it shows Manx athletes can have an impact on the global stage:
