Blue Train Youth Big Band returning for new academic year
Young aspiring musicians are wanted for a youth band's rehearsals tomorrow (6 September).
The Blue Train Youth Big Band will be holding its first session of the 2026/27 academic year.
Musicians of around grade three standard are being invited to experience playing in a 20 strong ensemble.
The band was formed in October 2025 with the aim of giving young musicians the opportunity to develop their musical skills in the context of a big band setting.
The rehearsal runs from 10.00am until 2.00pm at King Williams College Music Department.
