Son bears no ill-feeling towards prisoner
An Island man says he hopes the man who killed his mother in a hit-and-run crash will one day lead a normal life.
Donovan Kitching of St John’s is currently serving a 10 year sentence for causing the death, by dangerous driving, of Gwen Valentine in April 2014.
At the time, he was on parole from the Island’s prison.
Gwen’s son Stuart Valentine says he bears Kitching no ill-will.
