A politician says he's in favour of legalising cannabis to tackle drug crime - but it isn't the official stance of his party.
Ramsey MHK and Leader of the Liberal Vannin Party Lawrie Hooper was speaking after an online talk on the benefits of decriminalising, and regulating, recreational cannabis.
