Owner fears for animal
There's growing concern for a cow which went missing over the weekend.
The animal was one of five to escape from a field in the Jurby area on Friday evening (28th).
Four of them were eventually found nearby, but one still remains unaccounted for.
Its owner says there are 'a number of explanations' - including it becoming mixed up with another farmer's herd; wandering onto a secluded grass field; or even making it as far as the coast.
He added he'd prefer closure to the matter as soon as possible.
If you've seen a stray cow in the last few days, you're asked to contact Peel Police Station on 812234, or the farmer himself on 463032.
