'A step in the right direction'
The National Association of Head Teachers says the 2.75% pay award for teachers in the Isle of Man is a step in the right direction, but there's plenty more to do.
Last week, the union confirmed it was suspending its industrial action, following further talks with the Department of Education, Sport and Culture.
