Teaching union secretary hopes of 'fresh start'
A teaching union has welcomed the withdrawal of the Education Bill which it's described as 'extremely divisive'.
The draft legislation was dropped to give schools and government the chance to 'regroup' after a difficult period.
The NAHT national secretary says it was 'forged in another time when confrontation, not collaboration, was the order of the day'.
