Treasury Minister insists report will hold those responsible accountable
The Treasury Minister says someone will be held accountable for the overspend of the new Liverpool landing stage.
The project is currently running three years late and around £45 million over budget, with more expected to be spent on it.
It's hoped the facility will open in March next year.
