Public Health says it will help protect from serious illness
Public Health Isle of Man is offering the nasal flu vaccine for young children.
Youngsters who were two or three-years-of-age, before the end of August this year, can get the vaccination free from their GP.
The health body says infants can be particularly vulnerable to severe illness especially during winter months when flu viruses spread easily.
