Union hoping to be involved in discussions as stakeholders
The NASUWT is calling for unions to be involved in discussions as part of a funding review into the education system.
Local Negotiating Secretary Geraldine O'Neill says without funding to help staff retention, the review won't have the impact government is hoping for.
Teachers have taken industrial action over disputes on pay and conditions; the last of the strikes were suspended following successful negotiations.
