The Treasury Minister has refused to support the fast-tracking of a new secondary school at Bemahague.
In the House of Keys this morning, Allan Bell faced questioning from Onchan MHK Peter Karran, and the two Douglas North members Bill Henderson and John Houghton, who said there was a dire need for a school in the area.
Mr Bell (pictured) admitted the school infrastructure in Douglas needs reviewing and said the budget process was ongoing.
