Manx Utilities chairman says aims have to be met
The chairman of Manx Utilities says the target of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 is essential.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle announced plans for a Climate Change Bill in the next year while declaring a climate change emergency last week.
Dr Alex Allinson MHK was among the guests on this week's Perspective programme.
He emphasised the importance of setting goals:
