Tourism managers in the Isle of Man are being praised for their approach during consultation over the new bus network.
Changes come into effect from Monday (September 13), including late night buses and more services to the airport and Noble's Hospital.
Regional industrial organiser for Unite Steve Salter says a detailed consultation and an ability on the part of management to listen meant the majority of drivers supported the proposals:
