
Ramsey’s getting a new set of bye-laws, if Tynwald approve the new rules when it sits next week.
The laws are designed to tackle anti-social behaviour and nuisance and will be enforced by the town’s warden.
They cover things such as cycling on pavements, dog mess and urinating in public and carry penalties of up to £2,500.
Chairman of Ramsey Commissioners Nigel Malpass says the new bye-laws aren’t very different to previous ones:
