31 residents due to move from Reayrt Ny Baie to Summerhill View
A new care home on the Isle of Man has welcomed its first residents today (27 November).
Thirty-one people in total are expected to move from Reayrt Ny Baie to Summerhill View in the next two weeks.
It's hoped they'll all be able to settle in by Christmas.
Tim O’Neill, Executive Director for Mental Health, Social Care and Safeguarding said: "Manx Care is delighted to offer such a wonderful facility to the people of the Isle of Man.
"We look forward to welcoming the residents and are sure they will enjoy their new home."
