Rob Cowell has taken over the role from Alby Oldham
The new chairman of Ramsey Commissioners says he's aiming to see more development happen in the town during the next year.
Rob Cowell was elected earlier this week and took over the role from Alby Oldham, whilst Ffinlo Williams was chosen for the deputy role.
Mr Cowell believes there's a 'good case' for getting a boundary extension and increasing the town's social housing stock.
He says he's 'delighted' to have been chosen as the new chair:
