Alby Oldham will hold the role for the next year with Sandra Cottam-Shea in the deputy job
A new chair has been chosen to lead Ramsey Commissioners for the next year.
After two rounds of voting, Alby Oldham will be taking on the role having beaten Juan McGuinness by three votes.
Sandra Cottam-Shea was selected to be the vice-chair and Mr McGuinness, who topped the poll for North Ward in April's election, will head up the Finance Committee.
Mr McGuinness was also chosen to remain as the commissioners representative on the swimming pool board and Wilf Young will join the Northern Civic Amenity Site Committee.
Ms Cottam-Shea and Stella Moss are now Lead Member of the Works and Development Committee and the Housing and Development Committee respectively.
Elizabeth Shimmin was appointed as Lead Member for Parks and Leisure and is also the Deputy of the Housing and Property Committee.
