Jake Hodgson aims to raise £15,000
Did you do the Parish Walk? Feeling pretty good about yourself?
Well, a local year 9 student is going to be doing the equivalent of two and half Parish Walks for charity next month.
Jake Hodgson, a Youth Ambassador for Hospice IOM, is walking 200 miles and aiming to raise money £15,000 for the organisation.
On 21 July, he'll walk through three national parks and climb more than 2,500 feet in the process.
On average he walks around 40 miles per week for training, including to and from school each day.
