A new Manx charity aimed at helping women and children is holding its first big public fund-raiser today (Sun)
'With Women Worldwide' has been formed by midwife Anne Graham.
Her experience on cycling treks through poverty-striken parts of Cuba and India motivated her to start her own charity.
It will support small-scale projects in the Island and abroad, to ease suffering and distress among women and children.
Today, the charity's taking over the Villa Marina Gardens for a Family Fun Day as part of a drive to raise £5000 in its first year.
Anne's appealing to families to come out and support the charity - and have a great time:
The Family Fun Day is from 12 noon to 4pm in the Villa Marina Gardens. .
