Malcolm Couch ideal fit for role
Health Minister Howard Quayle says the appointment of Dr Malcolm Couch as the new Chief Executive Officer for the Department of Health and Social Care isn't such a surprising choice.
Currently Chief Financial Officer of the Treasury, he'll be taking over from Mark Charters on Monday (June 29).
Mr Charters resigned earlier this month, citing personal reasons.
