The present occupant is Malachy Cornwall-Kelly.
Amongst the qualifications required is a legal qualification obtained in the British Isles, and the ability to relate sympathetically to a wide range of people and situations.
The salary is advertised as between £86,000 and £110,000 with the post holder entitled to an Isle of Man civil service pension.
Applications have to be in by March the 20th with the successful applicant taking up the role in September this year – the start of the autumn parliamentary season.
