Port Erin has a new commissioner this morning.
She's retired businesswoman Barbara Guy who won a by-election yesterday.
Mrs Guy polled 399 votes, comfortably ahead of her only rival Jolinda de Beer, on 266.
Turnout for the election was 24.7 per cent.
Barbara Guy takes the seat on the board of commissioners left vacant by Tony Wright, who stepped down due to ill health.
