Ramsey Commissioners has changed the date of its firework display this year due to 'logistical reasons'.
It was originally due to take place on Saturday 1 November, but will now take place at 7.30pm on Sunday 2 November.
A number of local businesses have criticised the move, but the local authority says the reasons are 'beyond its control'
It adds that it 'recognises' that the change has affected a lot of people's plans, but the issue is 'genuinely' out of its hands.
