Alexander Armstrong will be sworn in early 2027
The Isle of Man's new deputy high bailiff says he is 'honoured' to be chosen for the role.
Alexander Armstrong was appointed by The Lieutenant Governor this month.
The decision comes following the retirement of Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith, who will leave the post in December 2026 after more than seven years of service.
Mr Armstrong will be sworn into office in January 2027.
