Estate agent seeks tender interest
A new operator is being sought for a community building in the east of the Island.
Laxey Glen Pavilion was run by charity the Children's Centre prior to a scaling-down of its services announced last month.
The building, a popular venue for weddings, is owned by the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.
Estate agent Chrystals is now seeking interested parties to run it on a tender basis, with applications to be made before 5 March.
