Cregeen says he'll reflect voters' concerns
Improving the education on offer in pre-schools is one of the early targets for the new education and children minister.

Mr Cregeen is no stranger to the DEC, having spent two years as a member of the department.
He's now keen to make the changes voters are calling for.
