Facility expected to be up and running for June
The new Isle of Man Ferry Terminal is at risk of not being completed on time or on budget.
The Liverpool facility is currently due to open by June, with a spend of more than £70m approved for the construction.
The Department of Infrastructure's department plan will be discussed in Tynwald this week.
