Cash will help young entrepreneurs
A special fund is being set up by a telecoms firm in honour of its former Managing Director.
Stuart Baggs of BlueWave Communications died suddenly at his home in Douglas two months ago at the age of 27.
His enterprise has now been taken over by Leeds-based company aql.
