Predecessor will be 'tough act to follow' says Sir John Lorimer
The Island's next Lieutenant Governor has paid tribute to his predecessor after arriving on the Isle of Man.
Sir John Lorimer will formally be sworn in at a ceremony in Castle Rushen tomorrow.
He takes over from Sir Richard Gozney who left the Island after his five-year term last month.
At a welcome ceremony, at Government House, the Lieutenant Governor Designate said Sir Richard will be hard to follow:
Emergency services respond to incident at Douglas Port
Junction closed following collision between motorcyclist and car
1-2% of vehicles on Island's roads untaxed
