Fixture opens in time for landmark races
A brand new grandstand opens today on the Billown course in Castletown, ahead of next week's Southern 100 road races.
The 171 seater fixture will be officially named at a ceremony at 1.30pm in the holding area at the end of the by-pass.
A number of dignitaries will attend the event, including financial backers of the grandstand.
This year is the Southern 100's Diamond Jubilee meeting.
